Dosan Park Dosan Park was made to honor Dosan An Changho and his patriotism. It is located near Apgujeong Rodeo. After a long day of shopping and sightseeing, it is good idea to take a breather in this park. There is a Memorial Hall inside the park where you can get information about Dosan An Chango.     Directions: Exit No. 3,4 at Gangnam-gu Office Station(Seoul Subway Line 7)

Seonjeongneung Royal Tombs a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Seonjeongneung is derived from Seolleung Royal Tomb (선릉) and the Jeongneung Royal Tomb (정릉). Located at the heart of Gangnam District in Seoul, South Korea, lies the royal tombs of King Seongjong (1469-1494), his wife Queen Jeonghyeon, and King Jungjong (1506-1544) of the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910). Each tomb is surrounded by stone sculptures to protect the royals from evil spirits and they serve as guardians. If History and Culture is your thing, then you must visit this place. It's quite amazing to see an actual tomb of the late king and queen of Joseon (Korea's old name). The fact that it is still preserved despite the ever growing civilizations makes it more fascinating. 코스윅 International Fashion Fair COEX Hall D, Gangnam, South Korea January 9 - 12, 2014 A weeklong celebration of Korea's Style in Fashion. There were various events including Talk Concerts by prestigous designers. Choi Beom Seok ( 최범석 ) Ha Sang Baek ( 하상백 ) Local designers were able to showcase their works on the runway.  Models from New Face Model Agency were mostly featured during the gala shows. Exhibits cover from head to toe, shoes, lingerie, clothes, caps, tatoo and accessories... and even cafe and hotdogs! Some local brands introduced their products and designs during the brand presentation. The 4th Korea Style Week will be held on July 17 - 20, 2014. Hope to see more of Korea's Fashion.

Hongdae Street Performance Jason Mraz - Butterfly Jason Mraz - I Won't Give Up I was just passing by at Hongdae when I heard someone playing an English song. Yes, it's rare to hear Korean street performers play an English song. But this guy totally nailed it and i have to stop and take a video of these awesome covers. Also, Jason Mraz is my favorite male solo singer. This guerrilla performance is not bad. I hope to hear this guy sing again. (Well, I usually stay at this area to hear good music from random Korean artists, but I cannot stand the cold wind so it's a rare case for me. Shot this late November 2013.) Well, expect more of this from my blog. I'm still starting by the way.
